If you’re living in one of our traditional lets, you can change suppliers at any time. If you’re in an Flat Share apartment there’s no need as we cover all bills and arrange all utilities/internet suppliers for you.

Some of our properties are suitable for pets, so please let us know if this is a specific requirement. Together, we will put an arrangement in place.

If you’re renting a property under our Flat Share model, you’ll be sharing part of your home with someone else. We know that your housemate is one of the biggest factors when choosing a new home, you will be matched based on unit availability which will be communicated to you and you can confirm if it is suitable.

We only allow single occupants in our Flat Share rooms. We want to ensure that all of our residents have plenty of space so we limit our apartments to two residents.
