With a background of luxury student accommodation and hotels, Gareth is passionate about people, culture and exceptional customer service. When not driving Ocasa's operations, he can found at the beach with his family, or learning Spanish!

Richard Jones

Capital Projects Director
With more than 15 years of experience in the construction sector, Richard is perfectly placed to oversee all our new projects and to expand our portfolio with quality properties you’ll want to call home.

Dan Whitby

Finance Director
Dan’s focus is all things finance. Having dedicated more than 17 years to the property sector, his experience and knowledge ensure that we – and you – make the very most of every investment in an Ocasa home.

Katherine Cuizon

Head of People
Katherine is our number one for anything HR. It’s through her oversight that we maintain our positive culture of dedication, integrity and engagement with all internal stakeholders.

Jack Godby

Head of Sales & Marketing
With experience working with both SMEs and global brands, it’s Jack’s role to ensure the principles and offerings of Ocasa Homes are front and centre of our audience's minds.

Laura Caffery

Head of Operations
Laura has a wealth of experience in property management and holds the Ocasa values close to all her activities. She’s a dab hand in the kitchen, and on the weekends can be found walking through the countryside with her dog.


As our Midlands expert, Abigail prides herself on providing the very best service to her residents.


Jo is a big fan of the outdoors and loves to run. Bringing years of property management expertise to the table as well as an infectious enthusiasm for creating a great living experience, Jo is our GM for the Northwest region.


With great experience in property management Sophie is responsible for managing our Yorkshire properties. When not delivering second-to-none service for our residents, Sophie is a keen dancer and loves Percy Pig sweets!


Danny has achieved a lot within his 5 years in the industry and specialises in managing large scale portfolios. Customer satisfaction is a particular passion of his, having gained a Mary Gober customer service certificate. He’ll always be more than happy to help with anything you need in our Southeast portfolio.


Property management within the North of England is Louise’s speciality. With a long history of improving resident experiences within her portfolios, no issue is too big or small for Louise. She puts her constant calm and positive outlook down to a passion for pilates!


Haleema is a keen foodie, she even has a youtube channel to showcase her skills! As our Tenancy Coordinator, it's Haleema's role to keep on track of your tenancy with us.

What fees are involved?

We don’t charge any admin fees, ever. If a particular property is highly sought after we may ask for a £50 holding fee but this is then taken off your first month’s rent. The only other payment is the deposit. If you’ve opted for the standard terms, this equates to one month’s rent.

What bills are included?

This depends on your choice of home. If you're opting for one of our traditional rental properties, none of the bills will be included in your rent. If, however, you're interested in one of our house in multiple occupation (Flat Share) offerings, the rental price will include gas, water, electric, internet and Council Tax bills.

How does your deposit scheme work?

If you’re planning on being an Ocasa resident for at least 12 months, we can offer a deposit scheme to help reduce the financial pressure of moving home. This means you’ll just pay a nominal fee – generally less than 25% of the deposit requirement.
